This policy applies to Axon Cloud hosted access and licensing flows. Self-hosted deployments are controlled by the operator of that deployment.

2. Data We Process

• Checkout and billing metadata from Paddle.
• License data (key status, plan, expiration).
• Contact email needed for delivering the license key.
• Minimal technical data for security and abuse prevention.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Payment card details are not stored by Axon Flow AI backend.

4. Email Delivery

License keys are delivered by email using an external email provider. We only use email content necessary to deliver and support your license.

5. Retention and Security

We retain data only as long as necessary for licensing, legal, and security purposes, and apply reasonable technical protections.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data linked to your hosted license account.
