Purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for Axon Cloud licenses.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests are typically accepted within 14 days of initial purchase, unless local law requires a different period.

3. Renewal Charges

Renewal payments follow your Paddle subscription terms. You can manage cancellation and renewal status through Paddle's customer portal when available.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Use the Paddle receipt or customer portal support options.
  2. Include your purchase email and transaction reference.
  3. If needed, contact Axon support using the purchase email thread.

5. License Deactivation

Approved refunds may lead to deactivation of hosted license access.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or material violation of the Terms of Service.
