1. Service Model

Axon Flow AI is open-source software. You may self-host it for free. Hosted access to Axon Cloud is provided under a paid license.

2. License Use

Hosted access requires a valid license key. License keys are personal to the purchasing account and must not be shared or resold.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Axon Cloud for illegal activity.

4. Availability

We aim for stable service, but uptime is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance and emergency security actions may temporarily limit access.

5. Payments and Renewal

Hosted subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Billing, renewals, and invoices are handled by Paddle according to your checkout terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon Flow AI is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
